Efficient and effective grievance redressal of stakeholders is one of the key success factors of PEF. Keeping in view the increasing number of schools and beneficiaries, PEF has established a Centralized Complaint Cell (CCC) under the umbrella of M&E department where every complaint is taken up instantly and due actions are taken against the guilty according to PEF SOPs.
